Dr Williams is a dedicated and highly skilled physician who specializes in the speciality of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He completed his training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Frazier Rehabilitation Center and University of Louisville. Dr. Williams has been board certified as well as re-certified in the speciality of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and has spent the last 23 years in private practice providing medical care for patients with physical ailments and pain requiring physical medicine. In addition, he also provided medical care for patients who needed rehabilitation due to various acute and chronic neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions. However, the main focus of care of his medical practice has been medical pain management of those patients requiring treatment for acute and chronic pain management. far several years His primary area of expertise has been in the medical pain care of spine patients who either under-gone or who had developed debilitating pain due to other non-operative pathological conditions of the spine. Even though these patients required physical medicine and rehabilitation, the main focus of the care which he provided was that of pain control with the goal of improving quality of life.

Please call to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment. We understand that illness comes on suddenly and you may not be able to cancel with a day's notice. Please call as soon as you know you will be unable to attend your appointment.
How do I get a refill on my prescription?+-
Normally, you should get a prescription at your doctor's visit. However, if your prescription is due prior to the next visit with your doctor, please call 5 work days before your prescription runs out. This will ensure that your prescription is prepared in a timely manner. Prescriptions will not be filled after office hours.
